The concept of a 4-day workweek is not just a change in the number of workdays; it is an invitation to rethink how we distribute our time between work and personal life. Many studies suggest that this change could lead to higher job satisfaction and provide employees with the opportunity to spend more time with their families, enhancing their overall quality of life.
With the participation of more than 100 employees from various sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this study aimed to determine whether this idea is welcomed by employees in Saudi Arabia and what opportunities it could offer, alongside the challenges that organizations might face if they decide to implement this system.
