For the third consecutive year, we continue to publish the Saudi Arabia Salary Guide annually, with a consistent focus on enhancing and developing it to better reflect the evolving needs and dynamics of the Saudi labor market. The salary guide aims to provide a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of diverse functional areas, supporting efforts to add value to local content through strategic insights that benefit both employers and job seekers. This year, as part of our commitment to delivering rich and integrated local content, we have expanded the guide’s scope to cover 15 job domains compared to 11 and 280 job roles instead of 198 in the previous edition. This expansion offers a more detailed and in-depth perspective on the local job market.

The Salary Guide has been prepared by the Research and Consulting team at The Professionals, using accurate and extensive data gathered from databases, market surveys, and research reports. Through this effort, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the changes affecting salaries across various professions and sectors in the Kingdom. The data in this guide is based on an analysis of factors influencing salaries, such as educational qualifications, professional experience, geographic location, organizational size, and the supply and demand for different sectors.
